Building in more advanced stuff now. Working on counters and blocks while keeping up the offense. Most my strikes are pretty good but I was advertising the left jab too much and getting a few counter clips in the body for it!

Did 20 rounds today, 30 second interval to rest in between, and a full 2 mins after 10 rounds done. And keeping up the general cardio and weights work ofcourse! ;)
